|Process/service/platform||What is it & what is collected?||How is it stored/accessed?|
|Web Hosting Server||Our web hosting server is the server on which our website is stored & served to the world.
Our web server logs a visitors’ IP address which helps it to mitigate attacks from bots & filter out good/bad traffic.
|Logs are kept by the web hosting company, they are cleared periodically & save no personal data about the users visiting our website.|
|Google Analytics||Google Analytics is a globally used analytic tracking platform which helps us, the website owner, see what traffic we receive to our website.
Google Analytics tracks how visits reach our site, whether it is direct traffic, a referral from another website or app, from social media & other digital platforms. Google Analytics can determine a users’ IP address, the town/city/country they are viewing from, the pages the user is & has viewed, how many times they have visited the site & for how long.
This data is stored directly with Google & not on our server.
|Cloudflare||Cloudflare is used as a web traffic proxy to help ensure our website is secure.
Web traffic is sent firstly to Cloudflare & then on to our web server. Cloudflare proactively filters web traffic to ensure bots are blocked & legitimate requests are allowed. Cloudflare logs a visitors’ IP address which helps it to mitigate attacks from bots & filter out good/bad traffic. These logs are cleared periodically & save no personal data about the users visiting our website.

Websites are constantly targeted with malicious scripts, DDOS attacks, malware, spam & a handful of other harmful processes. We proactively mitigate these attacks outlined above by the security software installed on our web hosting server, via Cloudflare & by software installed directly on our site.
These security plugins do not capture any personal or sensitive data about our visitors.
